My goal is to help others live their lives with health and wellness. That means having the strength to crush your personal goals, whether it’s mastering a dead lift or just lifting your grandkids. It means having the flexibility to hit the splits or having the arm mobility to reach for that can of chickpeas that always seems to be on the highest shelf. But most of all, it means finding happiness in yourself, and feeling secure in the fact that we’re all a work in progress.

Wellness is the key to becoming your best self. It fuses together fitness, nutrition, and mindfullness to take a whole-person approach to being both healthy AND happy.

Nida Azad completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto at Mississauga, majoring in Biology of Health Sciences and Sociology. She’s a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Instructor, and is currently pursuing her Nutrition Coaching Certification with Precision Nutrition.

Traveling, hiking, biking, ice skating, crocheting, painting, dancing, and writing. Oh, and strawberries of course.
